Hb, Those calls could be naked ie. people in the know were selling the calls naked knowing the stock will retrace after decision was released. I sold naked puts on YHOO after their earnings were released and collected $4,000 for waiting two weeks. It may not have been people betting it would go up. Steve D.

i think that the only effective spin MSFT etc can give,is that through the appeal process they can keep this case going for years to come,and get the message across "so why worry about it now?"
