If unable to get WLA, PFE may be forced to put itself on sale. I favor a MRK-PFE deal. This will create a real drug giant in the world. Anyway, Merck supposes to merge a big drug company a long time ago.

Everything changes with DELL after Y2K. This will be one of the best stocks to own come next year. I currently hold no position in DELL, but I will buy this anytime it drops into the mid to high $30's.

I can not emphasize enough how good this stock will be come early January. Just ride and enjoy. Also, the more CPQ struggles, the better that stock will be worth. I would buy CPQ under $18, and IBM under $85. The first year of the new millenium is PC makers. Sales will surge.

Just my opinion. I like BBY in December (options now), PFE anytime, DELL and other PC makers on my price targets.
