spoke to my merrill broker today... he could not tell me the exact day of charter so I think they just don't know yet.

CHTR IPO set for Nov. 9. Brokerages here will be notified on Monday of their allotment, etc. I am supposed to call mine Monday early afternoon if I have not heard from them. My brokerages are Smith Barney (KC and St. L.)
