That's what's really interesting: I had thought a few days ago the judge would word this as harshly as he could get away with, but the remedies suggested (in a few weeks?) would not be that harsh...that way he gets to have his cake and eat it too...the DOJ has its day in the sun, the judge seems "consistent" with his earlier findings and not a wimp who caved before the appeals court...but remedies are something MSFT can live with and at most a harsh slap on the hand...and life goes on...I sure do hope so This captivates me as much as Qualcomm did this whole week long. Investing is something else! And I can't even explain this to most of my friends, who don't actually care! Jill
