The talk on RB is that there will be a "floorless"
convertible debenture arrangement made with the Foley/Donner
boys. They would fork over just the $ 1.5M check for say
an open preffered convertible bond that is convertible into
HITT common -- at the lowest price -- within any 10 day period over 6 months - 1 year. Naturally they will short the stock and then cover with the paper for HITT.

This is the likely exist strategy for HITT and it will
certainly be end of the LONGs, unless they all were lucky enough to buy in when it was still the SCMI shell at 10 cents...

The talk is it will rest somewhere down around 25 cents
when the dust settles -- and the Foley boys pull up their pants, yank up their zippers -- and leave town.
