Paul,

I bought into TYC mid last week at 42, and again today at 39 1/2. I think its a good long term hold, and at this level should turn into a good performer.

Unfortunately, I think it might take a couple of months for the stock price to return to the pre-Tice fiasco levels. Maybe sooner, but I'm willing to hold for awhile.

The bottom line on TYC, IMHO, is that this Company generates a lot of cash. As an accountant, I can understand the term "cooking the books". But that can only go so far. When there's a "ton" of cash, they have to be doing something right! Right?
