Any analysis of SEC documents makes one wonder why this company is selling for more than $.25, a price which would still contain projections of financial success that the company has given no indication of being able to achieve. As nice as its product is, Dimensional is bleeding cash and will probably need yet another highly dilutive private placement (the terms of the recent one were unrevealed, which should be a major warning sign) in order to continue to survive. Meanwhile, the Pokemon connection is being grandly exaggerated by a few bedroom-based stock promoters and message-board habitues. The notebook sells for $2.00. So Plymouth gets about a dollar for each. Maybe $.20 of that goes to Dimensional. Generously, Dimensional makes $.10 per notebook. So an order for 250,000 nets Dimensional $25,000 (although it's probably less, I'd guess). With 5 mil plus shares outstanding. . . well, the math won't make investors go all tingly. I personally used the latest pump from The Short Term Trader to bail at 1 7/8 and 1 13/16. If this stock moves up, it won't be because of any demonstrable fundamental value but because of the helium of unsupported belief.
