MSFT can use all of the snotty words they want to - the fact remains that they were just convicted of violating one of the most significant criminal / civil statutes in this country. And they can "deny" the charges all they want to also - the fact remains that it is almost impossible to overturn "findings of fact" on appeal.

Their neck is in the noose and the harder they squirm the worse it will be.

Spin won't change that. Maria snapping her thong won't change that. Adding MSFT to the Dow won't change that.

I think they knew this was coming when they blew sunshine up everyone's as* in that last earnings report. They decided to flip the bird to the teacher on their way to the principle's office.

This is just the beginning....
