Can you speculate on why they didn't just issue a Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in one document? That confused me a little. Sheer size maybe?

Bill Gates said he does not care about the stock price but i bet they will be working overtime all weekend to ensure the stock does not tank on Monday. I am expecting some sort of announcement on Monday morning to discuss the situation or provide some calm to the market. The good thing is that the market has not allowed the stock price to go up for months which is the equivalent of a drop in the price in a climbing Nasdaq.
