FWIW, the information I received from a reliable Boston brokerage house is the purchase of ISSI ( 304,100 shares for 2 million US dollars inclusive of transaction costs) was that of a Taiwan business man not a mutual fund or money manager. The Taiwan Business man was reported to comment "business (semis)is an good as he had seen in the past and the outlook was for additional growth." Looks to me he put his money were his mouth is. I'm looking for ISSI to breakout next week.
