The biggest surprise in this FOF is that the judge agreed that there is some separable market for Intel-PC OS's and not consider the entire OS landscape.

That may be the ray of light for the MSFT legal team. They should go after SUNW for Solaris----go after Apple for the Mac market. I think that is what might be something that saves MSFT in appeals. Fact reached in error.

Obviously INTC has been crushing its competition in the Intel PC-compatible market, too. Some have gotten out of the CPU market altogether.
