The biggest surprise in this FOF is that the judge agreed that there is some separable market for Intel-PC OS's and not consider the entire OS landscape. That may be the ray of light for the MSFT legal team. They should go after SUNW for Solaris----go after Apple for the Mac market. I think that is what might be something that saves MSFT in appeals. Fact reached in error.

The biggest surprise in this FOF is that the judge agreed that there is some separable market for Intel-PC OS's and not consider the entire OS landscape. Obviously INTC has been crushing its competition in the Intel PC-compatible market, too. Some have gotten out of the CPU market altogether.
