I agree. AOL will be a clear winner. No worries there!

Why do you think that? AOL has a monopoly share of the dial-up ISP market and has been taking some blatantly anti-competitive actions in regards to the AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) product. Technological changes (high-speed access) that threaten to make AOL obsolete, as the Internet, Open Software, and Java threaten to make Microsoft obsolete, don't seem to be a valid defense in the eyes of the USDOJ.

Really, what large, successful company with a super-majority market share is safe after this decision?
