The good news is that upside in MSFT shares is now built-in like a coiled spring. The good news can come at any time through this potentially lengthy process. Those who sit on the sidelines will not participate when the uncertainty is finally removed. Remember, the Judge has said it is not illegal to have a monopoly, only to abuse it. If Microsoft has abused this power the remedy may be as simple as a fine or it may be more extensive. But I doubt the remedy will stop Microsoft from continuing to grow earnings. Bux
