What's the total share count for WBVN? Is it 322MM shares total issued and outstanding? That makes for a 8B+ market cap. @ 25$. That's a bit much for a company with $395K revenues.

Also, the co. had some SEC trouble that delayed the IPO. I guess they were overhyping the company. Is there something more to this?

I'd say this one would be much more ripe for shorting than PeePOD

Anthony--When I looked over PPOD before shorting I felt it had a business model that simply was not going to work.
I didn't like the run against me but I still felt long term the short was going to pay me. Now I think my payday will be sooner.
