Yes, you get some great roan appaloosas... I used to have a nice strawberry roan mare when I was younger.... I like a nicely marked leopard appaloosa too... and gee... a good blanket one too... heck, I guess I like all of them..(-:

I had an appy once for a short time. 16 1/2 hands, black and white blanket appy. Had Man-O-War in his pedigree. Really a stunning horse. Physically I mean. Mentally he was ugly. Meaner than a junkyard dog. Buck, rear, bite and kick, he did them all. He would actually charge a person.
