I'm just happy that myself and my friends will now finally get our refunds on all that M$ CRAP(tm) OS that we did not ask for, and do not use.

Suddenly, SOMEBODY is accountable for the illegal EULA thing.

tiger cub: this is one dope. there are a lot of judges who are dopes and or politcally left of stalin. we got one

Oh come on twitty, didn't you just berate somebody else on the thread for calling names when they didn't have an argument? The judge is probably some Kiwanis member that plays golf and sells his niece's girl scout cookies in the court house. He was just doing his job. The evolution of technology and the passage of time are doing plenty to undermine the MS monopoly, but while they had it (and to some extent they still do), they were absolutely positively guilty of criminal abuse. The whole carefully nurtured image of Bill G. as a nerdy hacker who also happens to be a great business man is B.S. What he is is a shark; his greatest talent is, and always has been, with lawyers, not with code.

I think all this judge did was act as the scribe for an open and shut case.

But then, that's just me<g>.

The "dope" was Bill himself and his testimony... What a joke...

Guess what Twit. I'm moving on to Linux. I got a small bit of Cobalt Networks (COBT) today at the IPO offer price...

'Twas a fine day for me... First Cobalt... Then Sun closes at new high... Then Microsoft... Then a spicy chicken and pesto pizza... How did your day go???

Cheers,

Roger

According to the Microsoft thread but unverified - The Judge is a Reagan Appointee.... the name calling is really getting out of hand when you start throwing the "L" word around..
