That sounds pretty steep,, most credit cards don't charge yearly fees anymore....I'd look for a better deal

98 bucks a year for a credit card with 10,000 limit and I consolidated three cards...16.9% $3500,14.9% $4000,12.4% $2000.
Now I pay 8% on $9500 forever. The cost?...$8.00 per month(or $98 per year). That taken into account would make the total about 9% per year.

Better deal? You know any credit cards that have an APR under prime rate? Tell me but I have never heard of one.
