RE: GTW PE=58

The PE=58 is based on YTD results.

Given that GTW's P/E has almost caught up with DELL's P/E,
does this mean that GTW is going to become subject to the
range trading for the next year?

-------Current year PE-----Next Years PE

GTW---------51-----------------40

DELL--------55-----------------40

Given that DELL's revenue and earnings growth rates are both
significantly higher than GTW's, it is clear DELL is now undervalued relative to GTW.

-------Revenue Growth Rate---Earnings Growth Rate

GTW---------18.9%---------------30%

DELL--------43%-----------------45%

These PEs were computed using this years estimated numbers and last fiscal years actual numbers.

The growth rates were computed using last years actual numbers and this years projected numbers.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT....
