Dont forget that shareholders will still get 16$ for a third of their shares. Thats about 5.30 a share on average. I am not sure where the stock will land but my guess is that it will stay above 10$. What does everyone else think?

There could be some downward movement in AC's share price, if Onex decides to sell its substantial holdings to recover the expenses associated with putting together and promoting their illegal bid.

As you say, AC has indicated that they intend to proceed with their offer, so this should hep support AC's price. Also, with Onex out of the picture, CA's position is now much weaker, and this could help AC's share price. Another thing to consider is, AC's latest quarterly report was quite good.

No price predictions from me though...
