However, you subject yourself to possible suspension and/or termination if you do any of the following: * Use Silicon Investor for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous, improper or otherwise objectionable. Hmmm, wouldn't the press love to write about the first director of a public corporation to be suspended for violating its own terms of use!!! <VBG> It seems that it hasn't occurred to you that you're wrong about Dell. I suspect that's not a new result in your case. And time's running out for you to cover your short. Dell continues to outgrow its peers, expand into more profitable lines of business and while it continues to build this base, its valuation ratios become increasingly attractive. It's had a year of treading water while the market has become more expensive. As the II article said, now that Kwatinetz has issued his BUY, it won't be long before the herd follows. Try not to get trampled too badly by it. Ian.
