I think Gates and the government will work something out. Of course that not saying it won't be easy, but Gates has such a large presence in the market now (largest market cap as a start) that he can easily make enough concessions that would be palatable to the DOJ. Also,Gates' spurning the DOJ from the gecko doesn't create friends. But I think he's going to throw out some olive branches and then settle and "get back to his real job". Just my gut feeling on the matter, and what I would do if I were in his shoes. Regards, QuadK
