lol. I have chased people across our land. One man came down our drive in a big truck and took off into the woods. I ran out and jumped in our big truck and followed him, stopping behind him on the fire road. We both got out. Him with his shotgun and me with... myself. I stomped to within a few paces and inquired as to who he was and what he was doing here. He said, mildly, that he was so-and-so and my father had given him permission to drive to his land through ours. I said "ohhh" and got back in the truck. In a small place (people wise) it usually pays off to get to know who people are and to set what boundaries you need to. At our place we have so many trees coming up that will never make it because of the others and it helps to keep things thinned. It's not harmful nor a loss to have some taken. But if it's a dogwood, you better ask.
