You'll have to delve into the details of this case. There is a lot of information on interaction between Netscape and MSFT early on, as well actions between MSFT and the boxmakers (e.g. dell) on what they could/couldn't load onto their machines.

The devil's in the details. I haven't been following the devil on this case lately. =;-)
