Oh goody, goody! The less money monopolists have to harass competition, the better! And, given that MSFT produces mediocre software at best, this will be one less burden on the shoulder of the internet s/w economy. Let that and the broader economy/market flourish!

Hey, Steve Ballmer was partially right, after all, then. Monopoly advantages gone, MSFT may very well be overpriced. Gotta give that fellow some credit. <BG>

Ken, since wen do you expect the talking heads to read and research?? Even less so WS analyst??

Your points are well taken but I think will be ignored by the media and WS.

Steal and extort and get rich quickly then hire well paid attorneys with connections in the right places and you are as free as a bird.

Sorry but that is the US Justice system no different than those in the Third World but with a twist - you need the money and the right attorney to bribe to be set free.
