Why is the DOJ not going after INTEL? They have an overwelming market share in CPUs. The answer is simple----there are not enough big tech companies lobbying against them.
In addition, the DOJ does not want to attack them since they were a great help in the case against MSFT.

Case closed. The only thing left to decide is what to do.

Btw the Gov. has benefited the consumer and every company that MS would ruin that had a better product. So it is a very PRO business and pro free market ruiling.

They should make MS pay every company they already destroyed.
