Have you ever heard of rockefeller bearded one? What happened when standard oil was broken up? Have you studied your history? Do you know of what you speak?

Monopoly, what monopoly? And a remedy just can not just be imposed, it's a little more complicated than that.

Bearded O.. Not having spent a lot of time on this thread, I am sorry I missed your earlier arguments. But it does surprise me that anyone thought:
1. That MSFT did NOT have monopoly power..(What the heck would a "real" monopoly be then?)
2. And that MSFT had not abused that power.
But it looks like the judge has at least made that elementary conclusion, before we get into the serious aspects of the case....like remedies.
Any way, good call

Bearded, it is weird to see how many are now eating crow. Some have taken it in stride and I respect them for their honesty and objectivity (i.e. Drake).

but the rest take a few wild stabs at the messenger. So Bearded One - watch the whole weekend of this board blame and lashing out at all but themselves for not smartly reacting to the potential risk.

We did tell them so.

Bearded- I was searching high and low for the paper
Microsoft posted entitled "What's Myth and What's Fact".
It seems to have disappeared. From memory it seems that
what Microsoft calls myths Judge Jackson calls facts and
what Microsoft calls facts Judge Jackson calls myths.

The only point they agree on was Microsoft accelerated
the acceptance of the Internet. One sentence out of
thousands.

I'll keep looking just to make sure.
