Just read the November Individual Investor article on Who's the AX? i.e. - the analyst whose pronouncements actually cause the stock to move.

On the bottom of page 86, II states that Michael Kwatinetz of CSFB is the AX; and he says BUY. :^)

Ian.

Because GTW is growing as fast as DELL and ha a much lower PE. The same could be said for AAPL.

Dan,
Hi!!
RE: If DELL is such a great company, why is GTW getting all the gains?? GTW's stock performance looks like DELL's in the old days. I am afraid to sell my DELL fearing it will go up and afraid to buy more fearing it will go down. I bet this is on many people's minds and that's why DELL stock has gone nowhere. Everybody's just holding, I sure hope it all pays off.

IMO GTW is tracing the stock performance of DELL until it's PE reaches DELL's...or something close to that...There is no question that the world is going direct...Let's not forget who is growing at twice the multiple and the strategies I believe DELL has employed this year...GTW is not the top priority of DELL management...CPQ is...This "PAIN TO CAUSE MUCH PAIN" will reward the shareholder...Be patient Dan...The news from Europe this week is proof that the failed acquisition of DEC would "HAND DELL THE KEYS TO THE KINGDOM"...
BTW...IBM is laying off folks up here...It made the Poughkeepsie Journal yesterday...One more piece of the puzzle...Other information too...In here...I'd be BUYING DELL...

Best, Kemble
