While I agree in parts on PPOD (a least because it get short term oversold), in the longer term it may be difficult for it, exemt from that it may be bought out at a small premium. They will get some cash, the question is how dilutive new financing is, given their history of burning cash.

Aside from that, it may have lost much credibility in the last few days, as the going concern statement has been made *not before* wbvn went public and we saw the PPOD price rising with all that buzz. Do they really think that the cash problems arose a couple of hours after the wbvn IPO?

WBVN - twice the inventory turnover . .
they have $36,000 in sales. one must be nuts evaluating turnover on that peanut size figure.
