Yes, I received an "advanced" copy of this paper ... Intel is
continuing to FET drive currents at lower voltages. The author,
T. Ghani has been working on their FET's since the .25um program.
I wonder how Motorolo's ... I mean AMD's .1um FET's are coming ??!! <ggg>

Very creative engineering.

My guess is that they will reveal even more creative "stuff" at the IEDM.
