I am quite sure that to ZiaSun, you and your buddies are nothing but annoying little insects that got caught short and this is why you open your oversized mouths as a cry-baby reaction of a small group of people who had to fall back behind enemy lines. You may come out with your freedom of speech lines, standing behind the American flag (which many would say you disgrace) and trying in vain to dig up small pieces of rubbish on an establihed forward thinking company. The fact remains that ZiaSun is also an American company who works within the American laws and American legal system. You are essentially fighting on a level playing field and that being the case, you are the ones with 'Defendants' next to your names. Anyone can ask 100 or a 1,000 questions to any OTC BB or NASDAQ company and may not be satisfied with the answers. However, the ones that need to be satisfied in reality are NOT the ones who have crossed the line. Some of which simply hang out on SI every day mumbling to themselves about a nasty ZiaSun. The rest of us investors get on with life. I suggest you and your friends - Get a Life!

Say Floyd, did I miss ZSUNE's 3rd quarter earnings announcement? It seems like back in July during the big pump they put out a PR ahead of time saying how wonderful the numbers were going to be, and there was rumors of investor conference calls, ticker tape parades and the like. Let's see, late July, plus three months would be late October, yet here we are in November and I haven't seen anything. Maybe they only announce earnings every other quarter since they didn't announce first quarter numbers either. I wonder why that is? My guess is because one can see from the 10SB that they lost money in the first quarter and they couldn't put out all those "profitable internet company" BS PR's. In the second quarter with OIA/Wade Cook II cranking out the profits they could do some serious touting. Now with Q3 we know that OIA profits means massive dilution to ZSUNE shareholders so they will likely not announce, or do it in some offbeat way to obscure the amount of the dilution. Maybe the delay is with Jones Jensen as they probably had to send some key people back for refresher courses in such things as adding and subtracting, and knowing the difference between the two. CMB
