Catcher. Sorry, let me try to clarify. It's the difference between RULES and REGULATIONS. If you have known RULEs, to which ALL subscribe, then you don't need the micromanagement of REGULATIONS.
Take a baseball game. We all agree to certain Rules: You can't run to third base before first base. That's the rules part. Now, deciding whether someone followed the rules. That calls for an umpire -- but NOT to decide whether someone should be allowed to run to third base before first base.
Microsoft knew that it was a monopoly (which is legal), and abused that monopoly (which the Judge should find NOT to be legal)
If we get the RULES enforced, we don't need a Big Government doing a lot of Regulation..
Can I still be a Libertarian, if I like smaller governement? <G>
