Bill, mutual fund managers aren't the only ones hoping for A Great Millennial Give-Out Of "Baby Bills" (what a great phrase) to rival that legendary (for shareholders) breakup of ATT - i was in on that one & know that today it's all grown more for me than that one big company keeping all that gravy inside itself ever would've been.
So hey, i resemble that remark too!

Bill: Exactly right. If this is to be the law of the land in the future that size,innovation and market dominance are sins then AOL is more subject to scrutiny than MSFT was.JFD

I agree with everything that you say but with the possibility of criminal charges or at least that perception, the stock is going to have a tough time.
My analogy to the tobacco industry was based on perception rather than the reality of the businesses.
