Sonny: Thanks for finding that decision. It is important as it is quite current and indeed parallels the MSFT situation in many respects. Some lower court judge who had a personal view on INTC was overturned by the rule of law and reason. Could anyone have expected Jackson to come up with any different conclusion? Throughout the trial he was playing up to the anti-MSFT bias of the liberal press. He reminded me of the Queen of Hearts or Madame DuFarge. It was everyone's foregone conclusion, after the first few days of watching the judge's openly hostile attitude towards MSFT in the trial, which way this judge was going and that it would have to be settled in a higher court. So upward and onward. JFD
