Thanks Unclewest. Hard not to be invested in Cree. I will be with Rambus most likely till December then going to reevaluate & likely grab onto some Cree.

Uncle, This was one of your better postings among many. Cree's intellectual property rights, it's tiny market cap and the technology areas it addresses first caused me to buy Cree quite a while back. At the time Cree's market cap was about $250 mil and it looked like a good shot at a 100 bagger. Today with a market cap of about $1.3 bil it still looks like a possible 100 bagger IMO.

One slight correction to your posting (which illustrates your conservative/cautious nature?) is that $1000 invested at 70% for 9 years is not $70k, it's more like 188k!

Bought my CREE starter kit this morning. Stock then went up 2 points. I like this company so far. <g>
