It has been essentially dead money for some time now. I'm sure you've read the 'shift' theories on the AOL thread also. I'll be very curious to hear the comments from the larger subscription and inet. rags that hold the stock.

agree t2. msft may not talk the stock up publicly but sense they will "reverse" guidance for analysts...this already began with upward guidance for next q. found gates comments re"we are not market prognosticators" very interesting. got the impression, based on that comment, that ballmer had an unpleasant exchange with gates after his tech sector valuation comment. good to see gates on the offense. hope it continues. much as i see it would help the stock i don't like the idea of settling with those idiots--still young and foolish at 42 i guess (foolish at least)
