I loaded up on November calls for earnings, and the judge sprang the "announcement" coincidental with earnings. It was a complete surprise, trapping me in that position. I was not attempting to speculate on any verdict. Yes, I've certainly lost all that money. Your comments really did not deserve the dignity of an answer, but it might make you feel better to know that I've suffered financially from this.
