In regards to the forenic audit-I'm no expert!

Fair enough

My impression is they were able to determine EXACTLY who had
not delivered MG certs and the EXACT number of undelivered certs.

This in my opinion would not by itself constitute a forensic audit.

As you know, they maybe other reasons why a particular brokerage firm had not delivered their certs besides being short....case in point-Etrade-they are just stupid!

Add TD Waterhouse to the list of stupids, that is from personal experience........ Mike this is where the problem is in getting MG certs in my opinion; red tape at brokerages.

I believe the short position was estimated based on the KNOWN number of certs that were not delievered. I could be wrong however!

Who knows? Les Price and he is not willing to put anything out in a release thus I view everything from that office as suspect. If it was an estimate then it was not a forensic audit. I have not believed the story of forensic audit from day one.

As to shorting offshore by Medinah. Sorry-don't buy it one bit. If there one thing that is clear-MEDINAH's MANAGEMENT BELIEVES IN WHAT THEY HAVE!

Kinda thought we might disagree on this one. If management believe's in the property, why have they sat on their backsides WRT drilling? As far as off shore trading etc etc it is hard if impossible to prove that is why people do it. Some of the management directors and officers of this company have shady pasts WRT as I like to term it paper pushing for their own benefit

Comments regarding Mike Morrision-what can I say to convince you?

Not a whole lot Mike he is after all paid by Medinah thus I fully expect him to support the company theory as long as it does not violate the letter of the law. Lawyers walk on the edge of the cliff everyday and I would expect no different from this guy.

Trust me-the guy knows what he is talking about.

With all due respect Mike, I can find 200 lawyers that will take an opposing view to Mike Morrison. Mike you as an engineer may be overly impressed by a lawyer that appears to know what he is talking about; he obviously was very convincing I'd like to sit and chat with him for 20 minutes guaranteed he will not want to answer my questions face to face.

Top notch.

You really should have added IMO to that statement. My opinion if he were really top notch (wall street top notch) he would not be practicing in Reno, if his 100 companies are all based in Nevada my guess is that 95% of them are OTC BB companies and we all know these companies are all worth 50 bucks a share but they are trading around 50 cents cause of the short problem.

End of story!

Story not over yet, but it is getting real stale, the management of Medinah are probably looking for a new bunch of suckers to buy, after all its gotta be good for another run up..........

They make a dime on the run up to 30 or 35 cents, then the mysterious shorts appear and they make a dime sending it back down..........

Not bad for three weeks work,

Mike WAKE UP you can set your clock by it..........

Its called paper pushin happens everyday.

Study the chart, someone is making huge money trading this,
