Hello Fred,

The decision to hold or sell MSFT probably will come down to what you think will initially happen to the stock after the DOJ decision. Fundamentally nothing has changed but I personally feel Q will outperform Softy and therefore I sold it to buy more Q. If the market drives MSFT's stock down significantly then I would buy it again. But understand I am not recommending trying to time MSFT's market. I sold only because I wanted more Q as I feel it will be a better performer. If by chance Softy does drop and it creates a buying opportunity then I will jump on it. I didn't sell hoping it would drop and then buy it back. Whenever I have tried that in the past it never worked. Hope this helps.

Joel
