Thanks Jill. The more I read on this thread the harder it becomes to hold down the emotions. I believe this thread is truly the link to the independent wealth that I've been searching for during the last few years. On a personal note, I have always had visions of becoming independently wealthy for many years and have been somewhat marveled at by my co-workers and peers at their pie in the sky attitude with some believing their chances are better in Vegas. I hope to get the last laugh and with the help of this thread maybe I will someday be able to at last conquer the vision. Thanks Fred
