I wouldn't expect Q to receive anything even approaching the value of the handset division, at least not in cash.

Management has made it abundantly clear that cash is not their priority. They are looking to strengthen their position going forward over cash in the pocket. I would be happy if they gave it away as long as the deal accelerated the growth of the wireless data market.
