Tom Joe had to do that because amerinet wouldnt lift the restriction off of the shares it owed him, now that we are getting closer and closer to a spring trial date, a successful litigation win will be a huge influx of cash and then the this company will really sky rocket.
Right now everything looks fine as joe continually grows the company with its 3 divisions. It all looks like just a matter of time here :)

Amusing, but not true of course. Pat Rost sold millions of shares, and continues to do so.

I don't understand wallstreeter's contention that the lawsuit is anywhere near settlement. Why are the lawyers involved selling their shares now then, instead of waiting a few months? Wouldn't they know that a settlement is imminent?
