I agree that a name test, out of context, has little meaning. But in the case of Pakistan in particular, Bush showed he does not understand the context either.

The guy is ignorant, period -- at least, about foreign affairs. So ignorant, that he does not even have the background to pick the right advisors. And frankly, I would not want to hand over the handling of foreign affairs to a bunch of unelected (and often ego-driven) advisors.

GWB..Does not have a "snowball prayer in el' " of winning this election..He thought $$$$$$$$$$$$$ is all it takes..But I do believe this is the most educated generation of Voters ever'
