Larry Regis was informed of the fact by Vince at the AGM. He commented that he was not aware that he had to re-amend his registration and that he would look into it. He also commented that he wanted to buy more Medinah at this point but Counsel recommended against-ie buying on insider information. His words at the AGM....

If a true insider did sell during the window of opportunity created by the 144, 90-days,they would have to file a form 4. When the window closes, they would have to file new 144 (or perhaps amend) to re-open the opportunity to sell.
