Less those guys will kill any one who does not play by the Gorilla rules it is very sad and only prove how right the Judge was.

IMHO most Hi Tech companies violate the laws in many ways and make a mockery of the Judicial system.

Their target prop up the stock to benefit from the selling of options.

It starts from real free markets laws, to securities laws to financial reporting to bribes & kickback to ensure sales, to pension funding and the list goes on.
