Jim re: DELL the company really has been on track all along. It seems that the nature of Dell's success escapes true recognition by so many technology investors. It is really quite simple, Dell is an incredibly well run company that scales at +50% unit growth beyond orders of magnitude. Dell is not marginally better, it has a cost structure that is half or better than any of its competitors including GTW. I don't know of any company that is in this class. It is just bad luck that CPQ, IBM, HWP, and GTW are in the same business. Cheers Mike
