To all: an amusing piece by Eddy to Bill Wexler at the "pound".

Before the MSFT ruling I believe Wexler posted that he thought the company would receive a neutral or favorable ruling, and since, in the past few days has been proclaiming that investors are over-reacting, that it's a "must-buy" now.
And now this:

Even so, however,) not knowing is the same...

John,TA is a form of art you say. Whatever it is -the charting part will be gone early in the next century.

I reckon even the two legged Market Makers themselves acting as brokers between the buyer and seller. They will be replaced by Market Maker Servers. Ergo in my view conventional TA is dead in any format being replaced by XXXX of number crunchers (synchronised servers)interfaced to main servers running the world exchanges.

Neural networks are used today with increasing success in a wide variety of fields from politics down to what mileage you will put on your car next year.

My partner and me are playing around with all kinds of this and that. But we have on the side initiated our first fully automatic trading algorithm and after a month use we are up on consistent ground.

Now mind you we are a two person operation with other interests and duties on our calendar and worse,we have mediocre equipment on our hands.

Please drop in from time to time and check out our daily neuro spread forecast HIGH LOW of the Yahoo stock.

The algorithm we use presently is crude and in it's infant stage. We know, that by January 2000 we will have a new one followed by better ones thereafter. Until the day comes when we will go to the market with it.

Like a giant slot machine on the internet. People can go for 1/4 or a full dollar even $10 a spin. And that is no joking matter!

Until then I thank you and the thread for your interest and opinions.
