Dan: Hey, we need you. You bring valuable insight into the continuing debate on Rambus success. Good luck on the rental. If you don't like the role of landlord, consider retaining a firm to manage the property for you. You lose some tax benefits but gain others and piece of mind.

I think you're dead wrong here. Perhaps you're thinking of someone else... perhaps me? >>Not saying F Y to people who disagree with you after your position gets some supporting information.<< I think a mild expletive like F Y has a lot of merit and show great class under certain circumstances. In addition to that it may also have some medicinal value. A lack of class is someone that would make lite of the victims of the Taiwan earthquakes. Now that shows really shitty class. Someone that would do that has absolutely no class and deserves no respect. In any event we all are entitled to our own opinions. My vote goes with unclewest.
