Scott, Ain't that the truth. But its somewhat easier to pick the top than it is to pick a bottom. When the street hates a stock there is no bottom. But the tops have some concept of rationality. (I think)

Have a good week-end

Nikon is having difficulty delivering its new 248 nm step-and-scan systems:

A new market report from Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. said the photolithography giant "is struggling to commercialize its 204B [248-nanometer] scanner and has yet to ship a commercial version to chip makers." The investment firm said, "Nikon is late with its 0.15-micron capable 204B scanner and will likely miss its shipment goals in fiscal '99 [ending March 31, 2000] and fiscal '00 [ending March 31, 2001]."
