Dave, I am not sure where you get the idea that the IBM news was "entirely rehashed old news". BTW, when JM was asked for clarification on the use of the wording "advanced discussions" on the club board, he responded with 'As you put in your post "these talks have been going on for some time and have reach an advanced state."' Granted that, as most things we hear from XYBR, is wide open to interpretation - but frankly I think we are getting close to a) a real agreement b)an agreement that possibly includes IBM (maybe somebody else) taking a stake in the company or c)XYBR filing a patent infringement suit against IBM the day they announce their wearable will be available on such and such a date. If "c" we will all be holding are breath for a very long time. Maybe my optimism is just starting to get ahead of me again. I would be a hell of a lot happier right now if they would get the proxy and annual meeting notices filed (and the 10Q, although I can't say that I am looking forward to it). Something is holding the process up, and I want to know what.
