mact, Wasn't a release of 6.3 million shares by the employees just announced? If so, what is the normal time frame between the announcement and the actual event? Knowing that may be helpful in timing the bottom. Good luck as well. Brian

Mact/Brian,

FYI: 56% of the shares which will be sold constitute a secondary offering. This constitutes less than 1% dilution (3.6mil/47mil). At time of notice, NTOP was selling for ~$50. The price dip won't be (isn't) due to the dilution in this case, but just from nervous nellies. It will dip again once selling of the 6 million shares begin, but this is a temporal condition based on supply/demand. I would consider buying more on this drop, but I recently made bets on other small frys.

I've noticed that companies start and finishing the selling within 2 weeks of notice. Watch volume.

Cheers,
Moose
